Kelly Pow | Business Analyst/ Project Manager/ Data Analyst
Passionate about bridging the gap between technology and the end user experience, Kelly has  more than 15 years IT experience. She is skilled in project management, business process mapping, data analysis, testing and reporting analytics, and has successfully led numerous Microsoft Teams migration projects, which have included the adoption strategy, implementation approach and educational blueprint.

Most recently, Kelly was instrumental in Bow Valley College's migration to O365 and MS Teams for instructors, students and faculty.  She was the lead in an initial Teams pilot for Bow Valley's Nursing Faculty, then in response to the pandemic, was influential in delivering a Rapid Teams Deployment.  In addition, she was the Lead Trainer in educating and supporting over 600 instructors as they moved more than 1600+ classes to remote learning.
